Refund Policy

Weekend Trips

If Adventures For Women (AFW) cancels a Weekend Trip for any reason, a full refund will be given.  If you cancel a Weekend Trip, AFW will refund your deposit and fee (minus a $10 administration fee) if you cancel by the date stated.

All Other Paid Events

If you are unable to attend the event and cancel before the registration date, AFW will refund your money (minus a $10 administration fee) if we can fill your spot. Fees are non-refundable for events where AFW must pre-pay for the event. Fees are fully refundable if the event is cancelled by AFW for any reason.

Cancellations should be made on this website using the member "My Events" page.  "My Events" can be accessed on the Log-in Bar on the upper right side of this page.  Click on the down arrow next to your name and select, "My Events".
